Didn't Get Enough

Saturday afternoon we were bored and decided to entertain the kids by going back to the zoo. The only bad thing was that this time there was A LOT of traffic. We, from past experience (waiting over an hour in a solid line of cars to go 6 blocks) decided that we were going to "kindly butt in line" so after an illegal move (driving down the median to pass some cars blocking the lane) we got into the turning lane took a left and then turned around and went straight through the light. It still took about 10 more minutes to go the next 2 blocks, but the short cut was a good cut in time. And of course as you can imagine with the long lines to get into the zoo, that it was a lot more crowded in the zoo.

She is obsessed with kissing the little wooden characters and wanting a picture with everyone or thing. Luckily this time there were some different characters dressed up that we did get some more pictures, but she did want a lot of the same pictures and we had to try and talk her out of them. We were even able to talk her out of dancing with Wilma again, thankfully!
And again, another eventful trip to the zoo, this time a little more stressful so I think that this might be our last Halloween trip, but you never know, we might get bored again next week (cross your fingers we won't), but then again the line to get into the zoo on our way out was sooooo long that that alone could keep us away. Not to mention Bryson wanting to do EVERYTHING that Megan did, which made for a lot of tantrums, especially when Megan was licking all the plastic ice cream cones. (you would think that we never feed our children.) I watched as other little kids would walk by and knock them over, where mine wanted to lick up all that dirt and germs, YUM! Thanks Megan for being a great example! Does anyone know if they have obedient school for kids, or do you think that the dog school would take her?
