Feeling a little Green!
We usually don’t do anything special for St. Patrick’s Day besides wear green, but this year I really made an effort.
We had story time at the library for Bryson and they had people from the zoo there with some animals. Which was really cool. Here are some of the animals they got to see…
And some of them they got to touch.
I had Bryson paint the hats and then we decorated them when Megan got home from school. Connor really enjoyed the hat. His is the only one that actually fit his head.
Then for dinner I tried to find as much green food as I could. So we ate salad, with green dyed ravioli, pistachio pudding, breadsticks (had green herbs on it) and then lemon/lime kool-aid.
We had a fun day!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

No More Studying...
Total Science: 19 Academic Average: 19 PAT: 21
This was the third time I have taken this exam and my scores did improve a little.
Thanks again for all the support from friends and family. I will attempt to meet with some people Friday at the dental school to see what happens next. Hopefully...an acceptance letter!

Happy Day
He is always laughing and smiling which makes me happy, no matter what the weather is outside. He is a little bundle of sunshine!
Megan was also happy to get a surprise package from her Aunt with this cute headband that she had made. She instantly put it in her hair. Love it!!
Josh is still studying really hard and I will be HAPPY, and I am sure he will be too, once his test is over Thursday night. He has been studying VERY hard and we all hope and pray that his hard work will pay off in good scores.
I hope you all have a happy week!

Another Tooth Story
This one is about Connor. He has been fussy the last couple of weeks and I didn't know why. I never thought that it would be a tooth since his brother and sister didn't teeth till they were 1. But yesterday when I was feeding him I saw it... his first tooth! (and he wouldn't let me get a picture of it)Now I'm a little nervous about continuing nursing. I haven't nursed a child with a tooth. Any tips?

Improvements & Accomplishments
At swim lessons Megan has mastered going up and down the pole. This has become her favorite thing to do at swim lessons.
We are so proud of Bryson this week! He went potty in the toilet twice this week, once by himself without any help! He seems to be getting a little more comfortable with wearing his big boys, but I don't feel like this long battle of potty training is ending any time soon. It usually is a battle to put the big boys on in the morning, but once they are on he's fine.
Josh and I also went in for our first eye exams. It was a crazy experience and we both came out of there getting fitted for some frames. Yes, we both need to get glasses. I feel a little weird having to get glasses. At least we are past the grade school teasing of "four eyes" and luckily neither of us are that bad off and have to wear them all day. I am near sighted and Josh is far sighted... the perfect pair! I'll have to post a picture once our glasses come in. (That really sounds weird to me. I thought that I wouldn't ever need glasses till I was "old")
Josh also scheduled his DAT for Thursday March 11th. So PLEASE PLEASE keep him in your prayers. We hope that he will perform well on the test so that he will be able to have good options if U of L doesn't accept him this year. Of course we really hope that he will score good and that U of L will accept him and end this constant repeat we have been living in. But if not he will be applying to multiple schools next year for possibly the last time. But we don't want to think about that yet. We are thinking positive and hoping for the best. Josh has been studying really hard and really deserves the best.
